Here at Marriage Express LA we have a special authorization from LA county that allows us to issue marriage licenses to the public. Less than 100 people in the whole state hold this certification and we are proud to say we are amongst the few!

In addition to being able to issue marriage licenses, we are also ordained ministers making us able to solemnize the marriage moments after issuing the license!
Last but not least!
And if that isn't enough, the last piece to the puzzle is.. We are authorized notary publics in the State of California which allows us to Notarize the marriage license eliminating any need for 3rd parties or witnesses!
