The LaChiara Method is a transformational healing modality founded by Gabrielli LaChiara — combining energy medicine, nervous system support, somatic bodywork, and spiritual inquiry. Programmes range from personal healing courses to practitioner training and immersive retreats. The brand sits at the intersection of clinical rigour and spiritual depth, and the site design had to hold both.
ConicPlex was engaged to handle the complete UI/UX Design in Figma. Development was completed separately by another team. Our work covered the full site — from homepage through to programme pages, the practitioner training pathway, about section, and conversion touchpoints — structured around the visitor’s emotional journey rather than a conventional service menu.
Every layout decision was made with two audiences in mind: people seeking personal healing, and practitioners considering the training pathway. The design creates a calm, trustworthy experience that earns confidence before it asks for commitment.
Healing and wellness websites often fall into two failure modes: clinical and cold, or vague and ungrounded. The LaChiara Method sits between them — it carries genuine clinical heritage (Gabrielli LaChiara’s background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker) alongside deep spiritual and somatic work. The design needed to hold that combination without losing either thread. Visitors arriving overwhelmed, stuck, or having tried everything needed to feel that this was different, and the layout had to create that feeling before a single word was read.
We designed the full site in Figma, starting with a clear information architecture that separated the personal healing journey from the practitioner training pathway — two distinct audiences with different motivations and time horizons. The visual language drew on warmth, spaciousness, and restraint: plenty of breathing room, a soft but grounded colour palette, and typography that felt both human and considered. Programme pages were structured to move visitors from resonance to understanding to action, with the free guide as a low-commitment entry point and the course and training offerings positioned clearly further down. Every section was designed to guide without pressure.

The result
Healing practice websites succeed when the design itself does therapeutic work — when the layout communicates safety before the copy does. This UI/UX Design project gave The LaChiara Method a site that matches the depth of the work it represents, with a structure built to guide visitors from curiosity to commitment at their own pace.
