Can you actually make an Elementor site fast?
Yes — consistently. We dequeue Elementor's scripts on pages that don't use its widgets, implement conditional loading, compress and lazy-load images, and set up a proper caching layer (WP Rocket or LiteSpeed) with a CDN. Most slow Elementor sites improve 50–70% in LCP. We won't promise a Lighthouse 100 — Elementor's render pipeline has inherent overhead — but we'll get you well into the green zone.
Do you build custom Elementor widgets?
Yes. We use Elementor's PHP Widget API to build custom widgets with full drag-and-drop support, responsive breakpoint controls, and settings that integrate with Elementor's global style panel. They're reusable across your site and update cleanly. No hacks, no brittle JavaScript workarounds.
Elementor Free or Elementor Pro?
Elementor Pro for any serious site. It adds the Theme Builder (header, footer, archive, single-post templates), Form Builder, WooCommerce Builder, and Global Kit. You buy the licence directly from Elementor — we don't mark it up. If budget is a constraint, we'll tell you which features you actually need.
What's a child theme and why does it matter?
A child theme inherits its parent's styles but stores your customisations separately. When the parent theme releases an update (security patches, compatibility fixes), the update installs without overwriting your design. Every Elementor build we do uses a proper child theme. If your current site doesn't have one, we'll fix that as part of a takeover.
Can you take over an existing Elementor site we didn't build?
Yes. We audit the plugin stack, unused scripts, DOM size, custom CSS debt, and any hacks the previous developer left behind. We document everything we find, restructure where needed, fix performance, set up a child theme if missing, and train your team. We've taken over dozens of poorly-built Elementor sites.
