Zero Grid CRM is a custom Solar CRM Dashboard UI/UX design created to simplify the way solar installation teams manage projects, customers, and daily workflows. The platform was designed for an Indian solar company whose existing CRM structure was complicated and difficult for non-technical users to understand and navigate.
Our focus was to create a simple, intuitive, and user-friendly CRM experience without compromising the functionality required for solar project management. We reorganized complex information into clear sections and introduced an easy-to-follow project workflow, allowing users to quickly understand the current stage of each solar installation project.
The dashboard provides a centralized view of active projects, progress, installation stages, customer details, documents, notes, and recent activities. We also introduced quick communication actions such as Call, WhatsApp, and SMS, enabling teams to connect with customers directly from the CRM instead of switching between different platforms.
The overall UI/UX was built around clarity, accessibility, and efficiency, making the system easier to use for both technical and non-technical users. The result is a structured Solar CRM Dashboard that helps installation agencies track their work, manage customer relationships, and handle everyday project activities through a more streamlined digital experience.
Zero Grid’s existing CRM structure was complex and difficult to understand, especially for users without a technical background. We redesigned the CRM around a simple, user-first structure. Information was organized into clear sections, workflows were simplified, and frequently used actions were made easily accessible. We also introduced direct Call, WhatsApp, and SMS options so users could communicate with customers without navigating through complicated processes.
The interface uses clear visual hierarchy, familiar actions, straightforward navigation, and easy-to-understand information patterns to make the CRM accessible to both technical and non-technical users.
