Hanifa School in Borsad, Gujarat is a CBSE-affiliated English medium school that has served students from Nursery to Class XII since 2005 across a 4-acre green campus. With a hostel, modern laboratories, sports facilities, and an active alumni community, the school needed a website that matched the scale and character of what it offers.
ConicPlex handled the complete Website Redesign and WordPress development using Elementor — rebuilding the site from the ground up with a structure that serves three distinct audiences: prospective parents researching admissions, current students and parents looking for school information, and the alumni community staying connected after graduation.
The result is a multi-page school website covering academics, admissions, campus life, the hostel, faculty, events, board results, and more — all manageable by the school’s own team through WordPress and Elementor.
School websites carry an unusual responsibility: parents are making decisions about their children’s education, often before they visit in person. Hanifa School’s previous site did not reflect the quality of the campus, the depth of the academic programme, or the vibrancy of student life. The redesign needed to give prospective parents confidence from the first visit, while also serving as a practical information hub for the existing school community — event calendars, exam schedules, fee structures, board results, and hostel details all needed to be easy to find.
We began with a full UI/UX Design review and site architecture before moving into WordPress Development with Elementor. The new structure separated the site into clear audience paths: prospective families, current community, and alumni. Key conversion touchpoints — the Admissions Open CTA and online admission form — were placed prominently and repeated across relevant pages. The campus life section and hostel pages were built with visual-first layouts using actual school photography to communicate the environment rather than describe it. The Principal’s message, faculty page, and management section were all structured to build institutional trust. The full site is responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and loads efficiently even on slower connections.
